This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Outpatient Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist located in Abingdon, VA. The primary responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating pediatric patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The Speech‑Language Pathologist will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop personalized treatment plans. Additional duties include maintaining accurate documentation, providing education to families, and continuously refining therapy interventions to achieve optimal outcomes for children.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and a strong foundation in Speech and Communication Disorders
• Experience in evaluating and treating Language Disorders and Dysphagia
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children with diverse needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members
• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology in Virginia
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA is preferred
• CPR certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development
