• Listen to potential clients to identify their specific coverage needs and financial goals.
• Explain various insurance options clearly to help people make informed decisions about their security.
• Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and life insurance products.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups within our database.
• Foster lasting relationships with community members through proactive outreach and helpful service.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure policies are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage options.
• Excellent conversational skills and the ability to explain complex terms simply.
• Comfort working with standard computer systems and lead management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
