Capital City Nurses, in partnership with Care Advantage, seeks a highly capable Home Care Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership in Abingdon VA, Wytheville VA, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on patient-centered home care, caregiver development, and program quality.

The supervisor will lead multidisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, oversee care plans, and ensure regulatory adherence while supporting growth of the home health program.
