• Bake donuts, bagels, and other baked goods, ensuring each batch is as delicious as the last.
• Masterfully glaze, fill, and decorate products, making them irresistible.
• Ensure all items meet Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, delivering consistent quality.
• Keep track of baking supplies, ingredients, and ensure the freshness of all products.
• Maintain a spotless baking area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team for a seamless operation, from baking to the customer’s hand.
• Occasionally interact with customers, offering them the joy of fresh, delightful treats.

• Safety and Security Compliance:
  Follow all cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security procedures.
• Policy Adherence:
  Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 18 years old, eager to embark on a baking adventure.
• Proficient in English with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand fluently.
• Basic math skills, handy for managing recipes and inventory.
• A pillar of reliability:
  Always ready and present, demonstrating dedication and commitment.
• Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Capable of operating restaurant equipment (age-specific requirements may apply).
