Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store operations.
• Participate in recruitment and develop a skilled, enthusiastic team.
• Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Create employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle key financial tasks to support store success.
• Assist in covering for the Store Manager when needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ for other states.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a vehicle and auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Eager to learn, especially in Tennessee for Topshelf Manager Training.
