The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales‑focused role essential to our team’s success. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service both in‑person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use an energetic demeanor to persuade potential customers to engage with our automotive services, build strong relationships, promote our products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.
Transaction procedures will be handled with precision and efficiency to ensure a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.
Pay Range: $14.40 – $21.51
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills relating to customer complaints.
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
