Pay Range: $21/hr to $25/hr depending on experience.

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini‑splits, and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial properties.
• Work alongside a team of installers to ensure high‑quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the installation process, timelines, and system operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status.

• 1‑2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Expertise in installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC safety protocols and building codes.
• EPA certification (Universal preferred).
• Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
