Pay Range: $27/hr to $36/hr depending on experience

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Provide expert recommendations for repairs, replacements, and upgrades to homeowners.
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used during service calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Stay updated with advancements in HVAC technology through company‑provided training.

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
• Strong expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• EPA certification (Universal preferred).
• Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A team player with the ability to mentor and lead by example.
