job description
we are looking for a dependable handyman who can complete various remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. Remodeling job duties include painting, hanging drywall, and installing floors and windows. Your maintenance responsibilities include resolving basic carpentry and landscaping issues.
this is a part-time position for approximately 24 hours per week. Schedule to be discussed.
responsibilities
- update paint as needed
- help with flooring installation
- assist with basic carpentry
- assist with yard work and landscaping as needed
- perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed
qualifications
- able to lift at least 50 lbs. Is required.
- familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- reliable transportation
- flexible schedule
- mechanical aptitude
