Expect mostly no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with railyards and a stable pay structure that includes mileage and load pay, plus on-duty hourly pay when not driving.
New drivers receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly installments in the first year, paid orientation, PTO after six months, six paid holidays per year, and an annual bonus up to 3%
