• Navigate industrial forklifts through high-traffic and confined areas to transport raw materials to production stations.
• Execute precise lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials from elevated heights to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
• Conduct rigorous safety inspections on all equipment and materials to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline material movement and meet daily production targets.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and positioning items weighing up to 50 lbs, to support assembly workflows.
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to uphold site standards.

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent mounting and dismounting of equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standardized operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members.

• Valid forklift certification or license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new processes and equipment operation.
