Aboutthe Role
As a Registered Nurse Weekend Baylor (RN) on our weekend shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. You will be responsible for providing safe and individualized care to each resident, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to residents on our weekend shift, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including patient charts and records
Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote optimal patient outcomes and resident satisfaction
