Bioprocessing Sales Specialist, Fluid Management OEM

Role: OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with biopharmaceutical OEMs. Objectives include identifying, qualifying, and converting OEM opportunities to incorporate Repligen’s bioprocess technologies and single-use solutions into equipment and platforms.

• negotiating commercial agreements
• managing account growth through understanding OEM roadmaps and needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field;
• 5+ years in bioprocessing or biotech, with experience in OEM or system integration roles;
• strong technical comprehension of single-use technologies, filtration, chromatography, and bioprocess systems;
• excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills;
• ability to influence across matrix organizations;
• willingness to travel 30–50%, including international.

High Value: focus on bioprocessing, single-use tech, downstream/upstream processing, OEM channel development, and strategic account management.
