Lead software delivery excellence within Bayer's medical device software organization, focusing on agile transformation, process improvement, and organizational capability building.
Responsibilities- Coach and develop software leads and scrum masters
- Implement agile best practices

- Foster continuous improvement culture
- Influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and regulatory, to optimize software development for SaMD and SiMD products
- Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
- Extensive leadership experience in software development, particularly in regulated medical device environments
- Proven success in agile transformations, with expertise in Scrum, Lean, Dev Ops, and metrics
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience managing global teams in complex delivery models
- Master’s/MBA
- 10+ years of leadership
- SAFe/PMP certification
- Six Sigma
- Deep understanding of medical device software development lifecycle
Medical device SaaMD and SiMD, regulatory compliance, global teams, agile frameworks like SAFe, CMMi, and metrics-driven improvement.
