- Immigration program:
We hire candidates needing H1B sponsorship including student visas, H1B transfer and new H1B filing.
- Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
- Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely, accurately and in accordance with all guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long‑ and short‑term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
- Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that the AOTA recognizes.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in state.
