Part-Time Sales and Service Specialist

Fulton Bank – Galloway, NJ (Atlantic County) – 215 East Jimmie Leeds Road.

Approx. 58 hours biweekly, no Sundays; must be scheduled around branch operation hours.

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques; use CRM to foster relationship building conversations and ensure consistent new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience: 1 or more years customer service or sales experience (required).

Preferred: 6 to 12 months cash handling experience.

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. All employees must adhere to compliance programs, regulations, and policies, and complete all compliance training assignments by established due dates.

Hourly rate: $18.25 – $28.61.
