We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas of improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

• Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with the company's internal audit standards and procedures
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and identify any deficiencies or areas of improvement
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and provide guidance and support to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk‑based audit plans
• Stay updated with changes in regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to internal audit and make necessary adjustments to audit processes
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management and compliance
• Participate in special projects and investigations as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in a similar industry
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
