Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
  • Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare financial reports, management reports and supporting schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
  • Support VAT compliance, tax‑related filings and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audit processes
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments and collections
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
  • Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, company policies and accounting standards
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, banks and government authorities when required
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Valid UAE Driving License is required
  • Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Hands‑on experience with Quick Books Accounting Software is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Open to all nationalities
