Responsibilities
- To verify and analyze the financial transactions
- To rectify the mistakes and solve it
- Reconciling the credit card transaction
- To verify the cash flow
- Audit restaurant and night run process
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- To verify all the financial transaction
- Check in guests
- answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints requests and emergencies
- Process invoices
- post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks
- Reconcile accounts
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- To verify all the financial transaction
- Bachelor of Commerce/ MBA in accounting, finance
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reconciliation and cash handling
- Availability to work overnight
