- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation in financial principles
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or cashier roles is preferred for practical expertise
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus, providing context for managing cash flow in fast-paced environments
