Ahmad Alagbari Chartered Accountants is hiring on behalf of one of its valued clients for a skilled Chartered Accountant to join their finance team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified CA with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience working in an audit or accounting environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and supporting financial and tax‑related activities. Applicants who are currently based in Abu Dhabi or are available to attend an in‑person interview will be given preference.

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and other applicable laws.
• Support financial reporting and maintain high standards of accounting accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting and reporting processes.
• Maintain professional standards while handling financial and accounting responsibilities.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably with a reputable audit or accounting firm.
• Strong experience in preparing financial statements.
• Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Good understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and other relevant UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report‑writing skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Financial statement preparation and financial reporting
  • IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards
