Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain healthy cash flow
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies accurately
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including budget vs. actual variance analysis and profitability statements for management
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking project expenditures against allocated funds
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly advantageous
- Minimum of 2-6 years of progressive experience in accounting and project coordination
- Proven experience within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Construction, Tech, Non-profit] sector
