Responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other finance‑related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Process employee payroll, VAT filing, end‑of‑month reports, and petty cash.
- Tagalog speaker
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
