Accountant, Financial Analyst, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Responsible for the reconciliation of all revenue operations reports
against the General Ledger
Provide Handover related to Customer details to asset
management in a timely manner
Receive , maintain and store all revenue documents in timely
and accurate manner so that correct and up-to-date balances
are reflected
Prepare and dispatch Invoices, credit notes, discrepancy
reports in a timely and accurate manner so that amounts
owned by the concerned are collected promptly.
Receive, account and analyze credit notes, incentive
payments received in order to highlight variances
Responsible for update the revenue reports on a daily basis,
and data input in Oracle.
Prepare various other statistical reports to facilitate timely
reconciliation of various designated accounts.
Carry out all required physical verifications of the property
files
Scan and Maintain files for documents related to invoices and
receipts for record purposes.
Prepare timely report for the manager for making informed
decisions

Bachelors Degree in Commerce/ Accounting/economics/ finance

Minimum Experience (number of years): 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
