Junior Accountant - Entry Level Position in Al Shamkhah City, UAE.
We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant for an entry level position in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to start their career in accounting and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of our company. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
- Recording daily transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local laws
- Assisting with audits and providing necessary documentation
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Performing other duties as assigned by senior accountants or management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
