Senior Accountant - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading company in the region, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can handle the financial operations of our organization with proficiency and accuracy.

• Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, etc.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or variances
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits
• Train and supervise junior accounting staff

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Quick Books) and MS Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS standards and UAE VAT laws
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
