- Accurately record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable ensuring data integrity
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements providing supporting documentation
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Have at least 1 year of practical experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
