Job DescriptionThe Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. This role requires a high level of data entry skills as well as an understanding of accounting principles. The Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, developing budgets, producing reports, and overseeing accounts payable/receivable functions. Additionally, the Accountant may be tasked with ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as analyzing financial performance for cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Excel or Quick Books
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
- Good problem solving skills
