We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the companys overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Manage invoicing, billing, and follow-ups for client payments.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and prepare VAT filings.
Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions and ensure proper filing of records.
Coordinate with management and other departments regarding budget tracking and financial planning.
Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and financial compliance standards.
Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred:Experience in the construction, contracting, or engineering industry.
Familiarity with cost control, project accounting, and inventory reconciliation.
Exposure to audit processes and financial analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling financial information.
