Icv manager

ADEPTS Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced Manager – In-Country Value (ICV) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• Lead and manage ICV certification and advisory engagements from planning through completion
• Review ICV calculations, financial information, supporting documentation, and certification files
• Ensure engagements are completed in accordance with applicable National ICV Program requirements and guidelines
• Manage client relationships, engagement timelines, quality, and deliverables
• Review and supervise work performed by team members
• Advise clients on ICV requirements and opportunities to improve and strategically manage their ICV performance
• Support business development, proposals, client meetings, and expansion of the firm’s ICV portfolio
• Coordinate effectively with audit, tax, and advisory teams on multidisciplinary engagements

• CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with strong UAE ICV experience
• Practical experience in ICV certification and/or ICV advisory assignments
• Strong understanding of the UAE National ICV Program and its requirements
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple client engagements
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and client-management skills
• Experience with in an audit, accounting, or professional services firm will be preferred
