Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented strong Accountant strong to join our real estate company in Abu Dhabi The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and VAT regulations

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Prepare and process invoices payments and receipts
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconcensions
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Handle VAT calculations filings and compliance
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support external auditors during annual audits

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, Quick Books, or Zoho Books).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
