Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Star Services is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its Finance Department in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with extensive experience in accounting, payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and professional organization.

• Manage accounting and financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Process payroll, employee benefits, and related administrative activities.
• Handle purchasing activities, including RFQs, comparative statements, and Purchase Orders.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, budgets, and projections.
• Analyse financial data to support business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems and spreadsheets.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably
  
  B.Com, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, benefits, accounting, and administrative support.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience, including RFQs, comparative statements, and Purchase Orders.
• Strong experience with spreadsheets and ERP packages.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost-control principles.
• Ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills;
  Arabic is an advantage.
