Employment Type:
Full-time
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial documentation
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Source products, obtain quotations, compare prices, and submit quotations
- Process and follow up on purchase orders
- Maintain procurement and accounting records
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Support inventory and documentation activities
- Follow up on deliveries and customer payments
- Previous experience in Accounts and/or Procurement
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and any ERP / SAP / Oracle system
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Experience in UAE/GCC trading or industrial supply companies is an advantage
- Candidates with relevant UAE and GCC market experience are welcome to apply
