Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Cosmo Code Cosmetics Trading LLC
is a Dubai-based company operating in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, and aesthetic products sector. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and supplier/customer reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and supplier payments.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain proper VAT records and assist with UAE VAT filing and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
• Maintain organized financial records in accordance with UAE accounting requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and other accounting tasks.
• Use accounting software such as
  Zoho Books
  and Excel for daily accounting operations.

Working Hours:Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Location:Dubai, UAE.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
  , preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements.
• Experience with
  Zoho Books
  or similar accounting software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and VAT.
• Good understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in
  trading, cosmetics, beauty, healthcare, or FMCG companies
  is an advantage.

Preferred:Candidate currently based in the UAE with UAE accounting experience.
