Assistant Coordinator - Invoicing

• Collect invoice-related information and supporting documentation from CMRO, shared folders, and subcontractors
• Enter and update invoice data in systems, templates, and trackers
• Assist in compiling event cost information and preparing basic invoice calculations
• Apply pricing elements such as Time and Material charges and fixed prices
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information
• Upload approved invoices to customer portals
• Maintain invoice files and records to support audits and reconciliation
• Update work-in-progress and invoice status reports
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance invoicing efficiency

• High school certificate or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Diploma or Associate degree preferred)
• Up to one year of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and invoicing systems
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent organization and communication skills
