Job description Responsibilities
- Assist audit teams in performing audit procedures and executing client engagements.
- Support the vouching, verification, and testing of financial transactions and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and documentation in accordance with audit methodologies and firm standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related schedules.
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and information-gathering activities as required.
- Conduct basic research on accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
- Support engagement teams in ensuring audit files are complete, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple client engagements while developing a strong understanding of business processes and controls.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Contribute proactively to team activities and continuous learning initiatives.
- Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
. - Candidates pursuing professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Audit and Assurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
