- Prepare the monthly financial statements P L balance sheet cash flow in line with USALI and IFRS with variance analysis against budget and prior year
- Lead the month-end close with accruals prepayments bank and intercompany reconciliations and fixed asset and inventory accounting
- Present the monthly results and commentary to the Finance Manager
- Supervise and develop the accounts team AP AR payroll income audit cost control
- Make sure VAT and Corporate Tax filings WPS payroll payments and statutory deadlines are met working with tax advisors
- Support the annual audit and budget and forecast preparation
- Maintain internal controls Compliances payment approvals etc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of USALI, IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Hands-on experience with Hospitality systems (e.g. Opera PMS, POS) and an ERP or back-office accounting system, plus advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail and communication skills.
