Accounts Receivable Officer – Billing & Collections

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage accurate manpower billing, timely collections, and overdue debt recovery across multiple client accounts.

• Generate invoices against approved timesheets, deployment records, contracts, LPOs, and agreed rates.
• Validate overtime, allowances, deductions, and supporting documents to prevent billing errors.
• Submit invoices through client portals and track acceptance, payment terms, and due dates.
• Drive collections through structured follow-ups; reduce overdue balances and days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Resolve invoice disputes, short payments, and deductions with clients and internal teams.
• Reconcile accounts, allocate receipts, and process approved credit notes and adjustments.
• Report receivables ageing, collection forecasts, disputed balances, and payment risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of UAE accounts receivable and collections experience; manpower outsourcing/staffing experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume billing, client reconciliations, and overdue recovery.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing and contractual payment terms.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills;
  Oracle Books experience preferred.
• Confident client communication, negotiation, and persistent follow-up skills.
