Accounts Receivable Executive – Billing & Collections
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage accuratemanpower billing, timely collections, and overdue debt recovery across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generateinvoices against approved timesheets, deployment records, contracts, LPOs,and agreed rates.
- Validateovertime, allowances, deductions, and supporting documents to preventbilling errors.
- Submitinvoices through client portals and track acceptance, payment terms, anddue dates.
- Drivecollections through structured follow-ups; reduce overdue balances anddays sales outstanding (DSO).
- Resolveinvoice disputes, short payments, and deductions with clients and internal teams.
- Reconcileaccounts, allocate receipts, and process approved credit notes and adjustments.
- Reportreceivables ageing, collection forecasts, disputed balances, and paymentrisks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5years of UAE accounts receivable and collections experience; manpoweroutsourcing/staffing experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume billing, client reconciliations, and overduerecovery.
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT invoicing and contractual payment terms.
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills;
Oracle Books experience preferred. - Confidentclient communication, negotiation, and persistent follow-up skills.
