We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting activities and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting procedures and be comfortable handling invoices, payments, and financial documentation accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and maintain routine financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Check financial entries and help reconcile account records.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting files.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding routine account matters.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an accounting qualification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial records.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Strong numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and protect confidential financial information.
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
