Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, Property Leasing & EBS Property Management

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, Property Leasing, and EBS Property Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

To provide business application implementation, ongoing support and continuous improvement in
** Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting, Property Leasing and Real Estate Management**, with supporting expertise in
** Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Property Management**.

Lease Revenue and Lease Expense both are required. Lease Revenue is mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting modules to streamline lease management and reporting.
• Overseeing property leasing operations, including lease administration, negotiations, and renewals.
• Coordinating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards.
• Conducting regular audits and reconciliations of lease data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for lease accounting policies and procedures.
• Providing training and support to team members on Oracle EBS Property Management functionalities.
• Analyzing lease data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance property management processes and systems.
