Accountant, Tax Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are an Auto garage company that specializes in auto service, spare parts, Body kitting, Interior upholstering etc.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have previous accounting experience in the garage field in the UAE, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, accounts, and ledgers.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.

Manage daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliations.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

Monitor expenses, payments, and outstanding balances.

Assist with VAT calculations, VAT returns, and compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.

Support the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports.

Requirements

Only candidates with relevant UAE accounting experience will be considered.

Work Location:

In person

2-3 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and basic UAE tax compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Quick Books, or similar systems.

Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
