Accounts Executive

Pangat Properties Management and Investment L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, real estate administration, and UAE financial procedures.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling VAT-related activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of financial tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accounting records using relevant software systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding accounting matters.
• Assist in meeting financial deadlines and maintaining organized documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate administration and accounting within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally, Quick Books, or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
