Accountant Odoo Quick Books Specialist

Position SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Accountant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP and Quick Books. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE, possess comprehensive knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and be capable of independently managing the company s financial records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
- Manage daily accounting transactions using Odoo ERP and Quick Books.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and other applicable financial regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits.
- Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Quick Books (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Valid UAE Residency Visa.
- Age between 27 and 40 years.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
