Accounting​/Finance Officer

Ethmar International Holding (EIH) and Future Life Group are bringing the internationally renowned Institut Marquès assisted reproductive technology (ART) centre to Abu Dhabi, strengthening the emirate's position as a global hub for healthcare innovation.

We are looking for an Accounting/Finance Officer to manage accounting and day-to-day inventory operations for our new clinic, keeping our finances accurate and our supplies ready for patient care.

• Maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory of clinical and laboratory supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, pricing, and deliveries.
• Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Use our ERP system to record transactions, manage inventory, and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and clinic procedures.

• Several years of experience in accounting and procurement.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience with inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Desirable:
  Experience in a healthcare, IVF, or medical environment, and familiarity with medical supplies and products.
