Accountant – Finance, Budgeting & Tax Compliance

About the Role
Daxin Global is hiring on behalf of one of our clients. We’re looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, oversee internal accounting processes and deliver accurate financial reporting. This role plays a key part in shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and operations, including financial closing, budgeting, planning, forecasting, tax and payroll
• Manage day-to-day accounting: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations and data entry
• Prepare monthly closing, annual financial statements and management reports
• Review and post invoices in the ERP system
• Process payments, including cheques and wire transfers
• Prepare and file VAT and Corporate Tax returns
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operations and strategic plans
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Coordinate with external auditors
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• ACCA, CMA, CPA, CIMA or CA qualification is a strong advantage
• 6+ years of experience in corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and budgeting
• Hands-on experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
• Experience with accounting software (Peachtree, Sage, Tally, Quick Books or similar) and ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with close attention to detail
• Must be inside UAE.
