Your Responsibilities- Provide information about products or services when needed.
- Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.
- Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Listening and telephone skills.
- Organized and customer focused.
- Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
