Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant for our client's Abu Dhabi office, to provide extensive support to a senior management team across the region to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, thrives in high-intensity environments, preferably with experience supporting private equity teams, investment banking, front office or deal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level EA support to 6-7 professionals in a senior management team, including managing their calendars, scheduling and day-to-day assistance
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation and transfers
  • Liaise with investors, clients and different stakeholders with utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and ensure proper formatting of business documents, presentation slides and client notes
  • Assist with any office administration or HR administration duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant within front-office/deal teams. Prior experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity would be highly advantageous
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory to liaise with regional stakeholders
  • Motivated, organised and able to deliver assigned work promptly in high-intensity environments
  • Handles documents with strict confidentiality and utmost professionalism
  • Growth-oriented mindset and high level of commitment and adaptability, with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders effectively
