Overview

We are currently seeking a Vendor Document Expeditor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of vendor documents in compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track vendor documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing or incomplete documents
  • Review and verify vendor documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain document control systems and databases to ensure all documents are properly recorded and stored
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on document status
  • Prepare and submit reports on document status and progress to project management
  • Ensure all documents are properly formatted and adhere to company and project standards
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and processes
  • Train and mentor junior document control staff as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the project manager or team leader
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control and vendor management
  • Knowledge of document control systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
