We are hiring a detail-focused Market Research Data Processing Specialist (Admin Support) to help manage research workflows, process survey submissions, and keep project records accurate and up to date. This role supports ongoing market research programs by handling data organization, validation, and administrative coordination. You will coordinate operational tasks, track survey activity, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure data is processed consistently.

Requirements
  • Process survey and research data from forms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal tools
  • Validate entries for accuracy (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistencies)
  • Maintain clean records and organized documentation for research projects
  • Support admin tasks: inbox support, scheduling, file management, task tracking
  • Prepare basic reports and status updates for the team
  • Follow defined SOPs and maintain confidentiality with all data
  • Track research project progress, survey response flow, and completion status
  • Support data processing and quality checks before reporting
  • Maintain internal trackers, schedules, and documentation
  • Coordinate follow-ups and operational communications
  • Ensure records are properly organized and compliant with internal standards
